  • Credential Security: Administrative accounts and session tokens must be protected. You are fully responsible for any activity performed under your authenticated session.
  • Prohibited Actions: Unauthorized modification of decision tree logic, extraction of confidential internal system topologies outside approved channels, or attempts to bypass security headers and access controls are strictly prohibited.

Techly and system administrators disclaim liability for any accidental system downtime, hardware configuration errors, or data loss resulting from the independent execution of terminal commands or resolution instructions.

4. Telemetry Tracking & Qualitative Feedback

To optimize platform performance and improve diagnostic workflows, the system logs step progression telemetry, completion statuses, and anonymous or user-submitted qualitative feedback. This data is utilized solely by internal IT operations and administrative teams for continuous service enhancement.

5. Modifications to Terms

System administrators reserve the right to modify these terms, platform features, and diagnostic workflows at any time to align with updated enterprise security standards or infrastructure changes. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
